Service Opening Hours
You can find out opening hours for St Mary's campus services below.
Open Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5.00pm, year round.
Appointments available Monday to Thursday, 10.30 – 12.30am and 2.30 – 4.30pm. Please contact us to book an appointment.
The Careers Service is located next to the Dolche Vita Café.

Chaplaincy
Please see the Chaplaincy pages for details of Mass times. The Chaplaincy Centre (on the Piazza opposite the Chapel) is open during normal office hours throughout the week.
Campus Medical Centre
Open Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 12.00pm, Term-Time Only
The Health Centre is located off the staff car park opposite Waldegrave Gardens. Please contact the York Medical Practice outside the above times.
York Medical Practice (Twickenham)
Open Monday- Friday, 8.30am - 6pm, Year-Round

The LRC is located on the main Piazza between Chapel and Refectory.
Registry (degree/module enrolment, exam administration)
Registry staff are generally available during normal office hours (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm). Contact details available in the Registry Information for Students section.
Reprographics (copying, binding, design and print etc)
Reprographics services are located on the ground floor of K Block (Education building).

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Security
Campus Security Services are available on a 24 hour basis. Please ask at the Security Lodge (next to main reception) or call 020 8240 4335 for assistance.

Student Services Centre
Includes Accommodation, Dyslexia & Disability Support, Counselling and Student Finance
Student Services are generally open during normal office hours (Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 5.00pm). Hours are extended at certain times of the year (e.g. during Induction Week).
The Student Services Centre is located in E Block (near main reception).
Students' Union Facilities
The Students' Union is located next to the Running Track and sports field
SU Shop
Open Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.00pm
The SU Shop stocks range of popular St Mary's merchandise, as well as gift wrap, stationery and other useful items.
Bernie's Bar
The Bar is open during term time only (except for private bookings/special events). The hours below may vary depending on campus events and private bookings.
Monday: 5.30pm - 11.00pm
Tuesday: 5.30pm - 11.00pm
Wednesday: 2.00pm - 11.00pm/1.00am
Thursday: 5.30pm - 11.00pm

Help and advice
Students' Union staff are available throughout the year during normal office hours (9.00am - 5.00pm) in the SU Building.
Please note that most services are closed or operate a reduced service on Bank Holidays.
All services are closed for several days during the Christmas and Easter periods (see the Combined Calendar for dates).
Some services operate limited hours during vacations due to reduced demand. These are outlined above wherever possible.
