Online Services at St Mary's: How do I log in?
Your St Mary's IT account provides access to all services and you only need to remember one password. If you are having problems with your IT login please check the password reset instructions.
Portal Access
The Portal (this site) is the online location for campus information, news and documents. To log in to the Portal please enter your St Mary's IT login details under Portal Login on the homepage.
St Mary's Email Access
Click on the email button and select the appropriate option. Use your St Mary's IT login (if you are off-campus you will need to type simms\ in front of your username, e.g. simms\081234 for students or simms\smithf for staff). For further assistance with email accounts please contact the IT Helpdesk on 020 8240 4061.
St Mary's Online Access
St Mary's Online is our online learning system, and is separate from the Portal. To access it, click on St Mary's Online at the top of the screen.
Use your St Mary's IT login to access St Mary's Online. If you are having problems with your IT account see the password reset instructions or contact the IT Helpdesk on 020 8240 4061.
LRC Electronic Library Resources (including EBSCOhost, e-books, ScienceDirect etc)
The LRC provides a number of online library resources that can be accessed from any location with an internet connection (e.g. e-journals and e-books). You can access these resources by following the links from the Library pages and entering your St Mary's IT account details.
