Welcome to the St Mary's University College portals
The portals (SIMMSpace and StaffNet) are the gateway to all online services at St Mary's for current students and staff. Please follow the links below to log in to the student or staff portals. Login Problems?
If you cannot log in to SIMMSpace or StaffNet you may need to reset your IT password or unlock your account. You can do this yourself using our Online Password Reset System if you have already registered for this service.

Not already registered for online password resetting?
If you need to change your password while you are off campus but have not registered for remote password resetting, please do one of the following:
- Email a photo or scan of your St Mary's ID card to enquiry@smuc.ac.uk. Tell us your student regnum and what you would like your new password to be.
- Visit the LRC Information Desk in person with your St Mary's ID card.
- If you have not registered and you do not have an ID card, please email enquiry@smuc.ac.uk. Please state that you do not have a card in the email.
If you have any other query regarding your IT account please contact IS Customer Services on 020 8240 4097 or email enquiry@smuc.ac.uk. Please note that we are unable to reset IT passwords over the telephone.
